Howdy Strangers

Haven't blogged in a while, so I thought I'd break my absentee streak. I guess I don't really have much to say movie-wise. We all know how Alexander went, no need to discuss. But what's next on the agenda? Court wanted to see National Treasure, or Finding Neverland the other night, so those might be things to think about to fill the gap between premeiers.

What is the next big movie anyway? I can't think of anything that's coming up besides RotK EE, which isn't really a premiere anyway. Let's find somethig to look forward to - I need something to cling to besides distant Christmas

Well I hate to disappoint (actually, no I don't) so I am here now sharing some links and photos for EPISODE III. This will probably be my last STAR WARS related post for a while, but keep in mind I still have 188 Days of HYPE left! w0000t!!!11

That's the tag line to ALEXANDER. I've been seeing promo all over for it, but have been avoiding the reviews. Apparently they're not so hot but I'll be the judge of that. I heard that the film is about 3 hours long so hopefully the pay off is better than what TROY gave us (sorry Legolas). Seeing as how this is our first epic in a while, I think that it favours lining up a little bit earlier than usual. The opening is a WEDNESDAY, 24 NOVEMBER so I don't think we'll be getting any other film fans in the middle of the week. I also think it warrants a candy run.

I don't know if y'all would be interested, but I really really really wanna see Finding Neverland, which opens on the 12th - it looks really good, and I love Johnny. I find that I like him better in character than I do in real life - he's far too normal as Johnny Depp.

Anyway, I know it's a departure from the regular action/hero/boy flicks that have been on the menu lately, but I thought I'd throw the idea out there just in case.
